Bakpao


Pao (Pork Shitake mushroom)

Ingredient I:
800 gr high protein flour
200 gr wheat starch
200 gr granulated sugar
22 gr yeast
1 tsp baking powder
500 ml ice water
100 gr white margarine/ white shortening

Ingredient II:
700 gr pork ground
100 gr shitake mushroom
100 gr green onion
5 tsp tapioca starch
1 tsp salt, paper, msg

@ 2 tsbp fish sauce, chinese whine
5 tsp granulated sugar
8 tbsp sweet soya sauce
140 ml water

Semua bahan kering I dicampur lalu aduk, masukkan air es, setengah kalis mentega putih.
Aduk sampai kalis. Lalu adonan dibagi @ 45gr.

Aduk semua bahan II sampai tercampur rata dan simpan dlm pendingin selama 30 menit.

Adonan kulit diisi bahan II lalu dibentuk.
Didiamkan selama kurang lebih 1 jam hingga mengembang.
Kukus selama 15 menit.
